Privacy & discretion
A family can share its perspective while keeping private life protected. These boundaries are part of our care for people, relationships and memory.
AMERSFOORT / ITALIAN ROOTS
01
The family and the public
This website shares selected family stories, cultural activity, published collection entries and announced encounters. Private family arrangements remain within the Chancellery.
02
Browsing this website
The website uses no advertising trackers, embedded social feeds or external font requests. The guest book stores moderated submissions as described below. Video and photographs are served locally unless an editor adds an external source. The hosting provider processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the website.
03
Correspondence
Email links open your own email application. Messages are handled through the established family correspondence channel or the organisation you choose. Please provide only the information needed for your enquiry. Professional or confidential case materials should use the relevant organisation’s agreed communication arrangements.
04
External websites
Family photographs used here are served as local website assets. Other organisations linked from this site maintain their own privacy information and terms.
05
Family history
Historical material is presented as a family account. It is not legal, heraldic or genealogical certification. Family memory and documentary evidence should be distinguished from interpretation.
06
A question or a correction
For a question about the family material, privacy or an image used on this site, write to the Chancellery at kanselarij@pavangeraedts.com.
07
Guest book, photographs & visits
Guest-book messages are submitted for review and are published only after approval. The display name, message and consent are stored in WordPress; do not include confidential information. A short-lived hashed network identifier limits repeated submissions. Guest portraits and visit stories are published with the guest’s agreement. This private review stores guest-book drafts only in this browser and provides a delete control.
